Refunds and cancellation

How cancellation and refunds work for CustomerInterviewAI paid plans. Paid plans are in early access: no payments are taken yet, so today there is nothing to cancel or refund.
Paid plans
- Cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
- Later payments aren't refunded for partly used periods.
- Per-interview charges for completed interviews aren't refundable, except for interviews our fraud check flags after billing.
During early access
No payments are taken during early access. Everything on the Free plan works today without a card. We will email everyone on the early-access list before billing starts.
